Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Phoenix VA, operated by BB&S (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  • Scope of Services: We provide business process outsourcing (BPO), employer-of-record (EOR), and managed staffing services to clients. Specific terms are defined in service contracts.
  • Payments: Fees are agreed upon in writing prior to engagement. Late payments may incur interest.
  • Intellectual Property: All materials, software, and documentation remain our property unless otherwise agreed.
  • Liability: BB&S shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the three months prior to the claim.
  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Philippines.

Delivery Policy

As a digital services company, BB&S does not deliver physical goods. All outputs and deliverables are provided electronically or through secure client channels. BB&S is headquarted in 939 Ford Avenue, Bremerton WA USA 98312. All legal inquiries can be sent to admin@phoenixva.co.

  • Turnaround Times: Defined within each service agreement or onboarding scope.
  • Acceptance: Deliverables are deemed accepted if no dispute is raised within five (5) business days of delivery.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations: Clients may cancel services with written notice per contract (typically 30 days).
  • Refunds: Since we provide professional labor services, refunds are not typically issued after commencement. Prepayments for unrendered work may be refunded at our discretion.
  • Non-Performance: In the rare event of service non-delivery due to our sole fault, a partial or full refund may be provided after review.

Privacy Policy

BB&S (Phoenix VA) is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws, including the EU GDPR and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

  • Information Collected: Name, email, phone number, billing info, and limited employee data necessary for service execution.
  • Use of Data: To provide services, process payments, and communicate updates.
  • Data Sharing: Only with trusted partners (e.g., payroll processors) or authorities where legally required.
  • Data Retention: Only as long as necessary for contractual or legal obligations.
  • Data Security: We use encryption and access controls to protect personal information.
